I use the television service in several rooms in the house and have problems with a poor picture.
The signal given out by the converter box for our service is designed to operate one television only, if you want to use the service in more than one room you should use a distribution amplifier rather than splitters which deteriorate the picture quality. I'm having problems with your service, when will you fix it?
We will fix our service as quickly as possible, but please do not assume that someone else has already told us about the problem, you may be the only person affected. We would rather get several calls in the same area than not know about a problem at all.
Why should I pay when I know other people who are using it without paying?
We can only continue to run and improve the service if enough people pay for it. Using the service without paying is a criminal offence and can be prosecuted. If we discover or someone reports a person using the service we will give them the chance to pay, if they do not we will disconnect them immediately and will involve the police if someone repeatedly steals the service.
