ITV2 Reception - Analogue
I can receive ITV2 using your analogue service, but the quality of the picture is poor. When will it improve?
The quality of pictures for ITV2 varies, depending where you are in town. Throughout 2007 we will be upgrading our network to improve the quality of all our analogue services. We will be upgrading the areas where we have the most customers first.
I am unable to receive ITV2, how do I get it?
In order to receive ITV2 you will need to tune it in on your televisions. In most cases when we retuned televisions for our customers during the last quarter of 2006 we will have done this for you usually on channel 13 or 14. If you are unable to tune this station in yourself please contact us and we will be able to advise if reception will be possible. We can also for a £10 charge visit to tune your television(s) in.
